Payment
Custom orders must be 100% prepaid. Orders are non-refundable
and non-returnable. Credit Card payments subject to a 3% surcharge.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated only and no guaranteed delivery date is
expressed or implied. Delivery times may vary between 2-10 weeks or
more depending on specifications. Average delivery time is 6 weeks.
Shipping
A flat shipping & handling fee of $25.00 applies to all orders. Orders are
shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested.
Warranty
The Dunnett Classic warranty is simple: if something goes wrong with
your drum and it's my error, I fix it for you. You just need to contact
me and explain the nature of the problem first. If for any reason your drum needs to be personally inspected I will issue an RA# and provide you with instructions for safely returning your drum for inspection.
DRUMS SHIPPED WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Wood hoops are covered under Manufacturer's Warranty.
Returns
Returns that do not have a return authorization number will NOT be accepted. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns from the U.S.A. MUST be shipped to the Dunnett Classic Drums U.S. address included with the authorization number. NO EXCEPTIONS.
