i just didn't get the brand name...

Dadi
Who's your Dadi?
Entry level, but dig the spurs...NOT PEARL!

Daila
I have no idea. The finish on the drums was great but everything else
seemed to lack execution and the booth had that
Nickel Drumworks / flea market vibe goin' on.

DB

The artisans at DB came up with this sweety which I'm certain must have been inspired by Akira Jimbo's shirts.

ddrum
With Kevin Packard gone to Ludwig it's going to be interesting to watch ddrum who have now filled the void with Meyer now that Gretsch is being distributed by Fender. A perfect little coup.

ddt
I know the font is identical, but I have no idea if ddt triggers are associated in any way with Clavia or ddrum.

Dixon
In spite of still being a little lacking in the Series naming (Predator?) and badge design / proportion departments, Dixon
made an excellent showing this year with some innovative and unique high-end products.

Dixon finishes proved to be excpetional as was the overall design and aesthetics.

Best finish

A beautiful Bubinga kit - all Bubinga.
With a clean looking logo and some great products this is a brand that the competiton is hoping
won't make it to North American

Dixon unveiled this drum which was proported to be made from marble. It was actually constructed from a product that you might know better as Corian commonly used for countertops. It sounded great.

Snare drum most resistant to coffee stains.

Dixon also rolled out a new project drum made in cooperation with Chris Brady (yes, THAT Chris Brady!). According to Brady "This product has no
relation to Brady Drum Company operations, and is a separate project between Chris and Dixon.

Dream Cymbals
These cymbals are earning a reputation among jazzers as a great, affordable alternative to some of the more expensive hand made pies on the market.

They also manufacturer a wide array of gongs and sounds.

Great looking kit that had me wishing SOMEONE - like maybe
Peter Erskine - would show up and play it so I could hear it.
