Pearl. As always, they dress to impress.

It's just a really beautiful kit.

The black hardware adds a nice touch.

The Poole Percussion / Sound Attak stand.  These are 2 of the UK's most prominent retailers.
They specialize in importing specialty brands such as Dunnett, George Way, SJC, Pork Pie, DW and Craviotto.
They also put a lot of effort into putting together a great display that featured all of these lines.

Some SJC snare drums.

Premier.
Hometown heroes.

Glory days with Ringo.

It's seeing a beautiful kit like this that really brings it home.
Premier always had such a unique style.

UK Premiers will be missed.

Promark

The very lovely Promark 50th Anniversary snare drum made in cooperation with
Pete Stanbridge of Stanbridge drums.

Quick Stick. Fantastic stick and mallet holders.

Never heard of 'em.

Remo using some of Bob Henrit's Traps drums.
A  great way to illustrate the differences in the sound of each model.

Roland

Roland was having no issues with the volume at their stand.

Roland offered some nifty live demos of thier products.

Sabian

An SJC kit in a very fashionable Argyle wrap finish.
In spite of the obvious OC influence SJC offers
some really great looking and sounding drums.

SJC Camo stripe kit available through Sound Attak.

Sonor

Even a Spaun kit made an appearance.

Stagg had the largest selection of cymbals and did a brisk business in ?20-60 cymbal sales.

The Stagg stand.

Although I didn't spend much time at the Traps booth, I know Bob Henrit's design has many advantages and possibilites for drummers looking for a practise kit, a portable kit or a trigger kit.

Tuner fish! I like these - Little plastic clips that keep your tension rounds from backing out.
Functional, fun and kosher.

Ukko drum contact mics. Very cool.

The Wembley Drum Center stand

I found this mechanical wooden drummer intriguing.
And no, he can't swing.

Yama-Hagi

And a great seguay into Zildjian who had this display celebrating the new Armand series with a vintage Ymaha kit in the background. This was the same kit that was completely lost in the Yamaha Messe display.
